The Chicago Opera Theater is closing out their current season with a double bill of Donizetti's Il Pigmalione & Rita: two stories about love, romance, and Vespas. Instead of doing one animated trailer, we decided to split this one up into short gifs instead.
Here's a couple gifs I've done so far. The first is for Rita, based on cheesy romance novel covers. The second is for II Pigmalione, which involved some hand drawn animation.
